Archer Throw Quilt

Archer came out of a desire to a) challenge myself with curved strip piecing and b) create a design referencing a Taylor Swift song. Arrows are shot from both left and right - can you relate to having both been the archer and the prey? The boundaries of minimalism are pushed with the use of a subtle print for the background (Alison Glass Sun Print circa 2017). The quilting was done on a domestic machine with a walking foot in a motif which echoes the arrows being launched from the bows.
