Shipping & Return Policies
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
When you purchases digital products (e.g., PDF patterns), you're sent a download link which expires 24 hours after the purchase. If you click an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.
Digital products are not eligible for return or refund.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
All orders ship from our studio in Raleigh, NC. Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and do not ship on U.S. holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information included. USPS can be a bit slow in updating your tracking info, please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for tracking to be reflected correctly on USPS.com.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
We ship all international orders via USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International (an expedited service). International shipments do not include guaranteed delivery dates. However, most orders arrive within 15 business days. We are not responsible for and cannot control import taxes or delays due to customs processing. Please contact your local customs office directly for additional information.
If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.
We cannot ship UPS to a P.O. box.
Shipping costs are based on weight, and are automatically calculated with your order.
RETURNS
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for shipping on returned items - we can provide a return shipping label, but the cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive the item and it is found to be unused and in original packaging (no pet fur, stains, or odors), we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Please email sewistrync@gmail.com to coordinate a return. Only full price items are eligible for a refund.
Commission/personalized items are not eligible for return.
