Pulsate - a new release!

Previously released as a throw size pattern in issue 66 of Make Modern Magazine, Pulsate is now available in PDF format via my store! This new release includes instructions for 3 sizes: Small (48” square), Medium (60” square) and Large (84” square).

Pulsate is bold, modern, and filled with movement! The same block elements are repeated with changes in scale to create a design that almost breathes…or pulsates!

My cover version uses Kona Caramel for the background, a mystery deep purple from my stash (but some good approximations include Andover Century Solids in Plum or Kona in Nocturne) for the triangles, and a treasured Ruby Star print for the center squares. This quilt won 4th place in the Modern category at the 2025 NC State Fair!
